What has OTK done as a Transport Minister (please note not as MCA leader) ?
Beside imposing the back seat safety belt ... Nothing .,,, Zero.
Look at OPs 20, it is a complete failure. Death toll at 240 about 15% higher than last year... So the OPs is a complete failure and so does the back seat safety belt thing...
